KuzSTU is developing scientific and educational cooperation with China

During a working visit to the People's Republic of China, Kirill Kostikov, Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation, and Mikhail Kozyrev, Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs, met with the leadership of Suzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College.

A cooperation agreement between KuzSTU and SIVTC was signed in December 2022. One of the key areas of cooperation under this agreement is the training of postgraduate students.

During the meeting, the partners discussed the current status of the educational process and dissertation research for first-year postgraduate students, as well as prospects for a new intake in 2025.

During the visit there also was a meeting with representatives of Chongqing University of Science and Arts. The partners discussed areas for further cooperation, including joint programs and research projects, expansion of the network postgraduate program, and increasing the number and areas of joint training under the 3+1 and 2+2 programs.
